I was routing a hole for a window in 5/8" OSB with a high quality router set on medium speed and the bit broke after 5 minutes of use. I figured getting the 1/2 shank size would be more durable. Sadly I was wrong. It broke so easy, it reminded me of something made from pot metal. Look elsewhere at Bosch or Freud for better bits.

These seem like good bits for the money. We use them to cut 1/2†wafer in a cordless dewalt router. They last about a month and a half and then they break before they get too dull.
