Very compact bit worked well with my Makita offset router base and it's limited height adjustment capability. (bit shank insertion is the only adjustment). I used it for cutting small rabbets in installed flooring. Very close quarters, saved me a lot of chisel work.I did not check the tightness of the collar set screw as I would normally do - oops. The set screw is about the diameter of a pin head and not much longer so you don't want to lose it. Mine fell out first use. It should be tightened at the factory but you should never assume that no matter what brand it is. If I manage to find a replacement set screw I will set it with loctite red. This bit is so compact the bearing and collar are very thin so don't expect it to be heavy duty.Do the math: 3/8" cut minus 1/4" shank divided by 2. Bearing is 1/16" thick. It appears to be a true sealed bearing with inner/outer races and balls or rollers. I ran it at low rpm / slow feed and had no problems.

Not the sharpest router bit out of the box, but does a pretty decent job. Not the greatest for plunging, but not what they were designed to do, either.

This product was inexpensive and has helped me build router jigs for furniture. Quality wise, unfortunately, the bottom collar came off after making my third jig frame. Customer service was excellent, they sent me a new collar and it's worked since then. Their replies were timely and courteous. I own several router bits from this company and this is the only one that's broken.

I did a cut 27†long to a depth of only 1/8†and the bit dulled to the point that it is worthless. The bit started out great but about 2/3 the way it started to slow down. I stopped to check what was wrong and the bit was barely sharp. I was able to complete the remaining cut but very slow with frequent stops to cool a dull blade. This was a medium density wood. I was able to touch up the last part to look better. The bit is now a total loss.

la broca es bastante eficiente a la hora de hacer trabajos con precisión, su tamaño permite acceder a zonas difÃciles
