Hubby said I would never get the dog to use them, oh but she is, we had to put some of them up, because she is ALWAYS hitting the treat button! Also uses the one that says play!

Showed up in just a few days but when I opened the box (No original packaging) there were no instructions. When I went to put the batteries in each button was missing the little screw to hold the battery back on. Then once the batteries were added in an I pushed each button to verify that I had received a product that has been used and someone had returned. Once all had the batteries in them recorded to discover 1 button doesn't even work, you have to push on it several times very hard to even get a sound out of it. Pay for New you will receive a USED product that doesn't even work!! I DEFINITELY will NOT buy from again.

Really wish they came with suggestions for the buttons, and some stickers with easy to identify icons to label them with. They do take patience to teach your pet. And only one of my three dogs caught in and only to one button that I had to place on the object location to get him to understand

The product is very flimsy and cheaply made. The recorded voice sounds horrible, and you can barely understand the words being spoken. Since I’m using this to train dogs with, I have no doubt they will bust the cheap plastic in a very short period of time. Personally, just save your money it’s not worth it.

I liked the product. They work well for students to practice skills; however, one of the buttons was broken.

There ar no instructions in the box.Make an screenshot of the images in the product page. There is a hole that says OPEN/CLOSE. That hole serves no purpose whatsoever.The battery compartment is really tight; I personally find that to be a good thing.
