CAUTIONS
- The device must be used under rated voltage 100-130V.
- The heater must be fully submersed into the water. The external temperature controller must be kept away from the water as it is not waterproof.
- Unplug the power and wait for 15 minutes or above before changing water or remove heater.
- Place the heater in the way of water flow and don't bury it.
- When there is moss or other dirty on the heater surface and the LED screen, it needs to be cleaned up with soft brush in time.

Works well. I love that it is digital so I can see from a distance. Not that I need to monitor it since it keeps the temperature perfectly. Cord is long enough. Controls are intuitive.My only issue is that it doesn't shut off when water level drops during water changes. I keep forgetting to turn off and it starts sizzling. Thus 4 stars, but maybe this is unfair because they didn't advertise this function.

After an aquarium heater of mine failed after several years, locating a suitable replacement proved to be more difficult than I anticipated. I had 3 different brands that either didn’t maintain proper temperature or failed in a few weeks. This model is excellent on all counts. It is easy to set the desired temperature and the device maintains it. The digital LED display allows you to monitor its performance at a glance. The set temperature and current temperature are displayed and the times when the heater is powered is indicated as well. The water is kept within 1 degree F at all times. It seems to be built better than the others so I am hoping that it works like this for a few years. My only suggestion to make it better would be to include a method of mounting the display to the outside of the tank. I have taped it in place with clear packing tape which works, but I wish there was a suction cup or hanger or something included with the unit.

Love the fact that there's no guessing on the temp of the tank and so easy to adjust temperature even the wife can't screw this one up.

I purchased this for a 45 gallon hex tank. It has worked seamlessly since it was installed. I love the digital reading of current and set temperatures. The controls operate as expected and it is easy to setup.

There's nothing I don't like from the slotted plastic cover to the adjustable temperature control this heater holds the temp of the water with less than 1 degree difference I would definitely buy it again

I got this in early September of this year was the first day the safety feature has been tested being exposed to oxygen and shutting off however, it did not it shorted and increase the temperature in mid water change it caught on fire and threatened the lives of my fish.

We use this to heat up our salt water for water changes. Works great to just hang out in the jug until we are ready.

Works fine. The instructions do not mention that the device will scream if you plug it into a surge-protected outlet. Plug it into a non-protected outlet and it is fine.

J’ai un aquarium 40 gallons et cet élément de chauffage est excellent. On peut lire la température (étant numérique) et il ajuste la température de l’eau que vous décidez rapidement. Il faut noter qu’étant donné que l’eau sera plus chaude, des changements d’eau plus fréquents seront nécessaires.
