Love this. Used it every day. Quality is great. Easy to use. Goes from lowest level of vibration to highest and back down. No messing while your using it.

I first tried a machine like this at the chiropractor, and I loved how it got the blood flowing in my legs and helped loosen my hip flexors. My husband bought me this one for Christmas, and it’s just as effective as the professional one. It’s very sturdy (I’m 225 for reference), powerful, and even has a few features that the chiro’s model didn’t have, like pulse readers on the support bars, resistance bands to work your arms, and a cup holder (which I personally won’t use but others may appreciate). I’m very happy with this and use it for a few minutes every day. I imagine it would be great for anyone with circulation issues. It also burns calories without me really having to do anything but that’s just a bonus.

This is great for lymphatic drainage and weigh loss. It's a great design for those with balance issues.

Great product... it's just as sturdy and effective as the version I used at a clinic I was going to... and reasonably priced...

So I watched the video and read the instructions base plate and tower matched up alright but the hex screw heads were stripped so the tool included didn’t work . Ok solved that problem using flathead screwdriver. Next match the white and black cords. Ok except my cords are both white figured that out but now the control plate won’t fit. So putting aside until tomorrow and getting some expert help. If he can’t solve the problem back it goes. QUALITY CONTROL a real issue. Was able to finally put this together took 4 hours over two days but it works. Still leaving 4 stars because shipped and received in time frame and except for the glitches it works as advertised. Surprised at how quiet it is. We will see how it does over the next couple weeks. BTW looks like the hex screws had been used as the heads were stripped and tool wouldn’t work. So look things over carefully before use.

I developed Lymphedema after knee replacement 3 years ago and I love this vibration plate to keep the blood flowing in my legs. Am very glad I got the one I can hang on to. It’s the best 10 minute workout ever.

Had it a month and it broke. Can't do any custom modes or adjust the time. I can only adjust speed. My husband's trying to contact the company for help to fix it. What a disappointment and waste of money.
