Contrary to popular belief, Leopard Geckos DO NOT require UVB/A lighting at all.They need 40% -= 60% humidity and Temperature on warm side should be around 80-85 degreees F. and up to 90 on the hottest part usually top of caves for basking but 80-85 range best. Around 70 degrees at night But no lower than 60ish. give or take.Also the lights should be far over onto the warm side of tank and not in the middle.For the guy who said these bulbs are bad and don't last and die quick short life etc., One very important thing you need to do is NOT TOUCH THE BULBS with bare hands. oils from the hands heat up quick and cause them to blow out. Just like a car headlight. You need to open on a clean surface without touching, use a paper towel folded for a few layers. use that to install the bulbs. doing this and also no hitting dropping the bulbs and they will last very long. I been doing this for years. Depending on where you live if the heat is very hot at night, you may get away without a light during certain nights, they don't require light all the time, mainly it's their heat source. I have a reptile rescue and have several dozen basking setups so I go through lights quickly! These put out an amazing amount of heat, last three times longer than other heat lights and when I inevitably knock over the lamps they don’t break or stop working like glass bulbs, which when those shatter it’s almost impossible to remove the the screw in base piece which ruins expensive dome lamps, whereas the halogen ones don’t break off saving me hundreds of dollars a year on replacement domes. The three pack is a great value because it is essentially getting one free compared to buying them individually at a large pet store. They’re energy efficient and because of the small size you don’t lose heat by heating a large area because these are better at creating the perfect basking spot.

I use these for heat in my reptiles tanks and they work great and last for ever. Definitely recommend

These last so much longer than the larger bulbs and still put out enough heat. I switched all my large domes to the mini ones.

Bought these to replace my other heating bulbs, they are a lower watt but produce more heat, so be careful of that fact. They are amazing jusy make sure you dont toich the bulns with your skin use gloves.
