This machine is amazing gadget, well made and for a good price. The coffee is very tasty with rich aroma. Latte is my favorite! The milk is always freshly added and the hose stays clean. Easy to clean and to operate. So far we had it for a month and using for a couple times a day. Love it!

I've been using this product for a couple weeks now and enjoying how easy it is to use. I love the self cleaning and automatic frothing. It's a great product at a great price point!After 30 days -I'm now starting to get a lot of glitches with the electronics. It grinds up my coffee beans and instead of producing a cup of coffee dumps the grinds into the waste container and no coffee comes out. Additionally, when it does produce a cup of coffee there are a lot of ground up leftovers that spill out into the machine that need to be manually cleaned. It's frustrating to spend so much on a coffee machine that has issues. Thankfully, I bought the insurance plan.After 90 days -The machine is now broken. It no longer works. I've tried reaching out to the manufacturer with no response. I purchased the warranty in hope to get a full refund.

This is the Best to all those-espresso machines I have tasted it.It's a a small and compact unit which fits perfectly for our shore condo counter top. This makes all the nice and fancy coffee drinks between my wife and I wanted. Even our guesses loved it for the freshly grounded andcoffee beans. I would highly recommend this machine. You will get to drink more better coffee.

I'm glad I've got it ,it is so easy to clean it, does what the most expensive and brand names do.If it will last for a long time I bet it will be a verry well sold Expresso Machine.I like the fact I don't have to use a certain milk container, it does the frothing automatically ,I can adjust the size of the coffee and most importantly it does accommodate all kind of users from super light coffee to verry strong .If you are looking for a verry practical Expresso Machine this is the one.

I purchased the ZULAY Kiitchen Magia AMPRO coffee machine on 7/25/2023 thru Amazon for my mom. I have had a great deal of experience with other automatic expresso/coffee machines. At first, I thought this was going to be a great machine. I loved the idea of being able to input the different milk/coffee quantities to make the perfect cup of coffee. After playing around with measuring milk/beans OUTSIDE of the coffee machine, and then inputting those measurements...the coffee machine is NOT accurate. It grinds the same amount of beans, it dispenses the same amount of milk (no matter what setting I choose). It has a mind of it's own.Lastly, and absolutely the MOST frustrating...is that there is a SECOND tray that is apparently supposed to collect some of the coffee grounds, in addition to the primary coffee waste bin. BTW, this is NOT mentioned anywhere in the description NOR the directions that come with the machine. Thus, I didn't even realize it was there until I was taking the primary waste bin out to empty it and I wasn't able to put it back in. Coffee grounds had sprayed out ALL over the inside bottom of the machine and those grounds were blocking my ability to push the primary waste bin back in. So, I pulled out the brew unit and found the 2nd waste bin that was overflowing. What a huge mess trying to get the coffee grounds out of the bottom of the machine. Finally, I took out the water tank, brew unit, waste bin, and dip tray...carried the machine outdoors...and with my BLOWER (yes that I use to blow dirt off of my patio), I blew the grounds out of the machine. I have only had the machine 10 days...there are TWO people drinking one cup of coffee per day (plus the few experimental cups I had made)----this machine was a mess. SO much wasted coffee and I use very expensive beans. I use DRY (not oily beans) per the instructions of ALL automatic coffee machines.After cleaning the machine, I made two lattes, and once again, pulled out the brew unit to look at the 2nd waste bin. I couldn't believe it...the coffee grounds had once again sprayed out all over the bottom of the machine. Believe me when I tell you that I made sure that all parts of the machine were perfectly cleaned and the waste bins were pushed ALL the way in.Unfortunately, I won't be able to keep this machine. WAY TOO much of a hassle to get a cup of coffee!! The coffee also just isn't up to par to what I had expected!!For all those wanting to invest in an automatic coffee machine and are trying to figure out which one to purchase, skip this one and skip the Phillips brand as well. :/ Sigh.I have ONE brand that is perfect at another location but I don't want this review to be disregarded because you think that I am trying to promote another brand. I should have taken pictures before I cleaned the ZULAY. Keep looking...

I absolutely love this machine! It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Sometimes the coffee beans don't quite make it into the grinder, so I just pat them down a bit beforehand to make sure I get strong enough espresso for my latte. I highly recommend getting this machine and am so glad I bought it.

Update: had it less than a week. It completely stopped working. Emailed/called supprt. They had me send the unit back so they can troublesjoot. 3 weeks later..... I still haven't heard anything.I should've just gotten a refund....Super easy to set up and use.. but.. and this is a big but... It only works 60% of the time. The other 40%, it just grinds coffee but doesn't produce a drink. Very frustrating and waste full of my coffee. 5 stars if it worked 100% of the time. But.. it doesn't.

We used this machine from the day we got it. It works perfect. We did get rid of 3 or 4 of our other coffee makers, since we are not using them any more. The taste of the cappuccino is just great and so are all the other options on this machine. 5 stars all the way around!

Práctica por su reducido tamaño, personalÃzable en tres aspectos, gramos de café de 8 gramos en adelante ,cantidad de agua para la extracción, y cantidad de agua para dilución, para las bebidas expreso,americano,Latte y capuccino.También puede modificarse el tiempo en segundos la disposición de leche y agua ,El molinillo trabaja bien , es posible el ajuste de la Molienda ,LaPantalla es táctil , pequeña , algo de retraso en la selección de las bebidas,Es gástalona de agua ,.por la limpieza que realiza al iniciarla y al entrar en reposo,la activas más con un toque en la pantalla y realiza otra limpieza .Es necesario vaciar el agua residual de la charola frontal ,ya que se llena muy rápido,pero se resuelve colocando un recipiente ,Con respecto al sistema de compactación y filtrado de café , es necesario limpiarlo cada dÃa, solo con aire y seco para que no acomule polvo de café , asà como vaciar el depósito de pozos de café cada vez que indique o cada tres o 4 cafésA un mayor gramos de café ,más aroma despide en ambienteNos gusta , y es una excelente compra .
