I have used it to make 2 rugs so far. It has been excellent! I love that there is no cord, there is adjustable speeds, and you can still adjust the pile height. This gun is honestly great! The only downside I have experienced so far is the eye of the needle is a bit small. I can only use 1 strand at a time vs the typically gun being able to handle 2. It takes longer to complete big sections but I’m willing to trade that for not having a cord. Great product! Definitely will be looking into more of their products.

Works very well the slow speed is a lot slower than my regular gun, which makes outlining pretty easy. The battery last a very long time. And it comes with two batteries so one can charge while you are using the other one.Only con I have is that it's a little heavier than the traditional gun, but I guess it should be expected because of the battery. Perfect if you want to tuft outside.

Was using this worked well for a week . I kept it oiled and clean between uses , even while still using it id clean it . I took very good care of it . Now it seems to just destory my cloth and not do well putting the yarn in . The cloth is as tight as can be and the gun is not set too high , yet the gun is doing a bad job tufting . It seems to wanna bounce around and make holes more than rly tuft. I checked all over the gun to see if anything was loose as well and it all seemed fine . I am not sure wht is up but yea I get more small tares in my cloth which show up on the otherside of the rug as small cloth fibers inside the yarn so now everything I'm making is with alot of cut cloth .
