Normal Operation: The operation of the fit for thermostat is fully automatic. When installed properly it will turn ON after user have set the temperature by turning the controlling switch clockwise, then the heating-up indicator turns on. As long as the fit for thermostat is on, it will heat up the water to the user-set level and maintain the temperature. User can turn the controlling switch anticlockwise to a temperature lower than the current water temperature to turn OFF the fit for thermostat, and the heating-up indicator turns off. The unit is faulty and has no good ground . Electrician would not install bc of no way of keeping electricity out of water ....warning this will shock you or animals

Couldnâ€™t figure out electrical. Had electrician come and said we need to add another circuit. Too many amps to plug into same outlet as pump.

12,000 btu/hr pool heater is fairly easy to install. Does not come with a plug, so must be hard wired. This is best for smaller pools to heat more efficiently.
