These are EXACTLY like the name brand cartridges. I bought 2 & the installation tool for far less than ONE M name O brand E cartridge N.

NOT a suitable substitute for Moen. We purchased this off brand one a few months ago, and immediately had issues with our water temperature- the only options were too hot or too cold and no in between. We thought maybe we did something wrong, because it broke within a couple of months of installing it. We purchased a second one, and not only did it have the same water temperature issue, it broke within 12 hours of installing it and water was dripping so much we had to shut off the water to the bathroom. We purchased the Moen... not only was installation much easier because the fit was correct, the water temperature selection is perfect, no dripping, and haven't had a single issue in a month. It would have been cheaper for us to just purchase the name brand Moen instead of trying to "save money" by purchasing this off brand that will break quickly.

I purchased these as a stock product for my truck as an alternative to the actual manufacturer and another well-known company that makes these products. I had to use one today and the first one was defective. It would not allow the water to turn off. I had to drain the house down again, remove the cartridge and I installed the other one I purchased. The second one made a very loud whistling sound. Again, I had to drain the house down, remove the cartridge and luckily, I had a cartridge from the actual manufacturer that I then installed with no issues. It was my fault for trying to save a few dollars by buying this product which ended up costing me more in the long run with my wasted time. Unfortunately, the return window has passed to get my money back, but the lesson was learned. I will stick to the other two companies moving forward to purchase these types of items.

I had a problem with this valve after the return window was closed, and the seller responded immediately, and fully resolved the issue. Nice to see a seller that stands behind their product
