Ok. I bought 2 cartridges within the year, one at Menards and one at Ace. Both of them were made of complete plastic including the inner stem/valve and were garbage! So i went back to the drawing board and found this product. It is the perfect replacement and it has the metal stem/valve inside like the original. It was easy to install and it functions smoothly. I recommend this product and you get a pair for a great price! Only time will tell on durability but, i'm positive it will last. One piece of advise. Make sure to add a little bit of waterproof grease at the O'rings before installing. Got this advise from a plumber. Ty for reading.

This was same exact quality of the actual Moen labeled cartridges. The price was great compared to going to local big hardware store, got 2 instead of 1 for same price.After replacing the cold leaking faucet I realized how stiff and squeaky the hot was and replaced that one too. (I wish I would have done video because old ones were difficult to get out but new ones went in nice and easy.)They are are working perfectly, and will buy again when needed.

These work great the faucet handle mounting screws that screw into the cartridge itself should not be over tightened at all they should just screw in until the head of the screw reaches the faucet handle and thats it. If it is tightened any further the cartridge may leak. I installed these in a Moen commercial faucet and they fit perfectly and the handles open and close smoothly and turn off the water without and dripping from the spout. Also when removing the brass rings that hold in the cartridge do not use pliers they should be removed and installed with a crecent wrench. Othrrwise they will be damaged as they are not made to withstand pressure from pliers.

This is the best bargain I've gotten in years. a hundred dollar faucet or $18.00 replacement cartridges. a no-brainer. also saved me crawling around upside down under the sink for a couple hours, as the cartridges only took about half an hour, including cleanup.
