This worked perfectly to replace the transformer for my Culligan water softener. I particularly like the screw to hold it in place, as that will prevent the reason the Culligan one had to be replaced. These transformers are heavy and a broom handle brushed against my original one and it fell 4 feet to the basement floor. That cracked the housing and made one of the prongs loose. It still worked but I wanted to replace it because I didn't trust the loose prong. This one installed easily, screwed into the socket, replacing the cover plate screw, and the softener doesn't know the difference.

Was easy to install, no programming needed, works well with Google doorbell. I had to install this device due to my mom not having a doorbell preinstalled and did not want to pay for a new installation.

Installation went normal within 1 week doorbell wouldn’t trickle charge and transformer failed. These are not ring compatible and run hot and abnormal low voltage.

This was easy to use. I simply unplugged the old one with a different voltage and used this one instead. My new doorbell camera required more juice than the broken one on the house when I bought it. I never even knew this product existed.

awesome item, note the power comes from both AC-marked terms. not the gnd term. I must have missed it in the instructions. but works great

Randomly on a trip I get alert my doorbell is dying. How could that be??? I have it hooked up to this transformer. Come home go to the basement and it’s dead. Buy something else. I have too now..,,
