Used for 2018 Ram 1500 eco diesel. Screen delaminated for almost two years but last month the screen started doing ghost touching and making the unit unusable. The one I received came in a well protected box. The back of the new lcd did not came with label like the oem. It took a bit to install due to removing the old sticky ooze that came off the oem lcd and wear gloves. Also have alcohol ready to wipe off the ooze. YouTube have a few videos that help me remove and reinstalling the screen easily. Powered on with no hickup, screen looks way better than oem. Initial test off most of the buttons works so far. Time will tell is this will last.My other main gripe are the two top corner screws at the top. They will not go in any farther. Did not want to force it and just left it . I bought amazon insurance just in case. Warning be careful when removing the quick small disconnects for the radio. I broke one but came back on no problem.For the money this one is good, supposedly the #2 version , there’s a 3rd gen already but opted for this one and bought an insurance.

I brought this touch screen to replace the factory one which kept skipping. This touch screen is clear and bright when it's not raining or extremely cold. As soon as it rain or get cold my screen gets fuzzy or black.Update:After my review the company reached out and they wanted to know what problems I was having with the screen. I explained how I had the screen installed and it was working great, until it would rain or have extremely cold weather. I am happy to say this company stands by their products. Because I did not want to pay to have the screen professionally installed a second time, so I was granted a refund for the screen. Though the screen does not work as planed, I would order from this company again just because of the professional courtesy I was given. I am given this review four stars because sometimes the right thing to do is not always easy. I am really grateful!!!!

Went in/fit well and works, install was less than an hour of my time. I will have to see if it lasts the Wisconsin winter. Lower corners are a little washed out from backlight but you really would have to be looking for it to notice.

Radio seems to work good, easy to install frustrating to deal with getting the sirius x m to work with this screen in tho

For the past year, my 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn screen went blank with occasional swirls of color. I lost my backup camera completely and my ability to see what’s on the radio even though my Sirius XM still worked fine. The replacement screen brought it all back to life! I have a complete truck again with amazing screen clarity. A lot of Ram owners have complained about losing their screen due to sun exposure or other factors. I was planning on the dealer replacing the whole entertainment system unit for hundreds if not thousand dollars or more. This screen did the trick! Highly recommend it!
