The garden auger drill is very well constructed & features a twist tiller head, a T-shaped handle, two small wrenches, and all the necessary screws and bolts. The package also includes a glove and a small assembly instruction manual, which you might find unnecessary since putting it together was straightforward and quite easy. My only concern was that tightening the connections using the included screw and bolt was a bit challenging, as it was somewhat difficult to pass through the drilled holes. Furthermore, I don't believe I would ever switch the heads from the auger bit to the twist tiller, as it is quite time-consuming. Besides, I only use this tool to drill holes for my planters. The auger bit allows me to drill deeper into the soil by efficiently removing the soil as I push down. This feature is ideal for planting saplings, as it helps keep them safe from squirrels and rabbits. Additionally, the T-shaped handles are well-designed and provide a good grip, making it easy to turn and twist the drill.Using the one-foot auger bit, I was able to drill an 18"-19" hole. I might have been able to push it down another 1"-2", but I was concerned that it could damage it as I often encounter tree roots, which makes digging deeper difficult. Nevertheless, the depth was good enough for my needs. Overall, I'm satisfied with my garden auger as it serves its purpose well. But if there is a way to make the heads easier to change, then that would have been great.

Nicely made and adequately strong. For now, I made about 10 2-foot-deep holes in the soil with some small pebles. Works great!

Overall, I think this auger is a pretty decent tool as it gets the job done quite easily and does so quickly with a little bit of elbow grease. The biggest problem I have with this auger tool is that it feels a bit rickety in the hand as each segment has the tendency to jangle and shake while in use. This is due to the fact that the tool comes unassembled and is split into four segments, one at the handle, two at the base and one at the auger. However, it doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart, or fail on me.Additionally, I like the inclusion of the gloves and the extra quad head bit though I don't find myself using these quite as much as the standard auger bit Additionally, I like the inclusion of the gloves and the extra quad head bit though I don't find myself using the extra bit quite as much as the standard auger bit.In conclusion, I think this is a very useful tool. However, I wish it was built mainly from one piece with interchangeable bits rather than the multi-part shaft.

Heavy duty device for quick holes. This thing larger and heavier than I anticipated.Easy to assemble, just insert and tighten six screws, included are a couple of open ended wrenches but a ratchet or drill is the preferred method of tightening. The tool can quickly drill a hole in soft soil. It will dig harder soil but requires more force. To increase leverage, slip a couple lengths of pipe over the handles. It is easier on my joints than the electric auger with a smaller bit.I haven't used the prongs to till yet, wait until spring! But I do anticipate a lot of use in the garden.I do like this tool

This is a great quality set. I was pleasantly surprised by how durable it is. At 44.5" this will be easy on the back since there will be no bending over to use it.I'm getting ready to start my indoor seeding to be ready for gardening season. I know this set will be helpful with all the spring planting.
