The Chinese made forster bits were adequate for the job at hand. The bits met my expectancies and I saved a lot of money.

Used these bits on a project last weekend, and I can say there is a great assortment of sized and the quality on them is fantastic. It went through the wood that I was drilling like it was butter. It is nice that each bit came in a little case of its own with a sticker with the size on it. I might eventually make a holder for them, as they are worthy of something a little nicer than what they came with. However, all in all, I'm super pleased with these.

This is a great back up set of Forstner bits. I used the hinge jig and the bits on some pine cabinet doors and it they work great. They cut neatly and do not wobble. The bottom of the bits seems like it is a stamped metal so I have concerns about bearing down on them or using the on extremely hard wood. I did try on one a scrap of hickory, and it cut the hole well but it did struggle and I had to back off a lot when drilling the hole. The holes these bits cut are smooth so I think they are good for a hobbyist or someone who does bot drill lots of holes in harder woods.
