Didn't like by saying I signed for it when I didn't,but everything is fine. This is for lapping valves on my Ford tractor.

Inexpensive valve grinder suction apparatus. Durable for the occasional use. I recommend them for that purpose.

I had this set in time to do a light valve lapping job on my single cylinder motorcycle. With a little bit of light cleaning on the valve face, the suction cup worked well. I was wearing nitrile gloves so I had plenty of grip on the plastic post. As long as the cups don't deteriorate too quickly, this is a fine tool at an economical price and fast, easy delivery.

The suction cup is a little weak but will do the job if used with patients. I wish they had a set with 2of the small ones. You don't need the large size working on ATVs.

The four suction cup sizes let you use these on most car and smaller engines. I'm going to be doing a 1.8 L straight 4 DOHC. They're pretty solid and hold tightly on a smooth surface (see the pic of one lifting a fairly heavy cell phone in a case). You might want to rough-up the surface of the heavy plastic shafts, or use some gloves with a "grippy" sort of palm material to make it easier to spin these without slipping.

Item was as expected with a price point cheaper than the auto parts store

Unlike alot of the ones I went through, the suction cups were rubber. Others were made of hard pvc. I would give them better rating if the suction cups were stronger (thicker material). They hold better than others, except for an older one I had.
