Would have been 5 stars if it came out of the box right or had instructions how to assemble. I had to take the arm apart and flip it around. Flat parts are for the bolt head to see if you have yours upside down and have to flip it around. Attached photo is the correct assembly.

On my second valve the tool became cross threaded. Do not buy this. I get it’s cheap. But stay away.
