This was perfect for my needs. It’s a smaller bench grinder so it doesn’t take up much space on a bench or table. So far it has worked out very well .

Went to go use it in front of a customer for the first time and it wouldn’t turn on. Had a faulty switch. Had to replace with regular on off switch so no adjustable speed for me. After the switch was replace I was able to complete my task. No QC.

Initially when the grinder came out of the box it was obvious that the motor and stand were not connected properly. The drive shaft for the extended cable was not centered in the housing. The tool rest is not adjustable and flimsey. As I will be using it to produce cutting edges on tools the ability to set a specific angle is nearly a necessity. If I keep this I will have to build some type of adjustable rest to go with it.The wheels were both loose. I am glad I did not run it first, I'm afraid it would have come apart. Have not had a chance to use it yet but may be back to update this when I do.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this compact bench grinder. I have only had it a short time but so far it has performed well. It is reasonably powerful for the size and spins smooth and quiet. The cable "Die Grinder" attachment is also very handy. If you need a bench grinder but don't have the space or need for a full size unit this may be a good alternative for you.

Needed to add a grinder and polisher to my mobile sharpening service that was lightweight and would run on my 300w battery. Unboxed and ground the divots out of this axe and polished the edge in under a minute. If it holds up, it will be well worth the money.
