This evaporates in 10 to 15 minutes outdoors during summer. I'm sure it works better on cool days. It doesn't leave any residue, but it does smell quite bad.

I was very unsure this would work as well as it has. I was struggling with my scanning and been using foot spray and matte gray paint. But they still weren’t doing the job. I saw this and even though it was pricey I ordered some. Once receiving it, it was practically overnight that my scans were almost a million times better. So easy to use.Pro tip. A little bit of heat gun action gets it to dry faster just don’t sit too long in one spot

It does what it is meant to do. Scanner pics up everything quick well. Cleaner to use then developer spray. Just the smell is atrocious. I would not use indoors.

Pricey but works great to capture black items. Depending how much you spray on will prolong the working time. The first time I used it I may have used too much since it last all night. But once it evaporates, it’s like nothing was on it. Leaves your item clean without any residue. A must have for scanning black and dark colored items.

Works excellent and scanner pics up details otherwise missed. Some kind of wizardry allows it to evaporate without a trace, pricey but impressive.

I have no negative notes. I do, however, have a response to the one review talking about inconsistent coverage: It's not the fault of the spray. Both the coverage and disappation rate rely on various factors like surface type, airflow, how porous or oily it is, and how thick you coat it (it doesn't need much). I've scanned hundreds of things with one can and with every single one, the residue went away on its own, while the time it took varied from 45 minutes to 24+ hours. Again, this greatly depends on the factors I listed above, and not really something the spray has control over. All of the above is true for Aesub spray.
