I understand these might not be the solution for everyone's particular application. They fit perfectly for one cat tree, house, condo, and I was able to adapt to another less expensive option I purchased just to see if my cat would even use it. Ends up, she loves it. Since the original lower section failed in less than 2 weeks, I've used these (longer than the one that failed) and after a couple of months of use, the one I used to replace the lower section is still holding up satisfactorily. Thanks to this replacement, the less expensive experimental purchase is now taller, and my cat seems to like it even more. They work for me. Yes, when the sisal rope is gone, I'll purchase again.

Cats went right to the post to scratch and seems to be very sturdy. Used the product to replace the post on an existing stand produced by another company. Good price point and well worth the money.

Used these to fix an old & well used cat tree... they fit perfectly & the old bolts worked well with them. Very pleased with them & so are the cats! ;â -â )

Perfect for our cat tree! When we moved the movers lost 2 of the poles to the uppermost platforms and these worked perfectly to replace them. The cats have been happily snoozing on their favorite platforms ever since.

I love that I could buy these to replace the tower on my cat'a favorite toy instead of replacing the whole thing. I wish more companies made replacement items. Super easy to replace.

These are great and seem to be made fairly well. They are a nice size and our cats love them! However, please note the item photo - there are only 2 double ended bolts included, and most people will need a full set of 4. I don't know why they only include 2, I was going to complain about it, but I see now in the description photo they show only 2. Just know that ahead of time, and you'll have no problems with these.

As a cat owner, I have a cat tree of which the sisal rope comes off as the cat scratches. Since the one I have is a palm tree, I wanted to find replacement posts as opposed to getting a new one. These did not fit as the opening was too big and did not match the size of the one I had. I highly recommend you measure yours before ordering. I was disappointed, hence the 3 stars, However I will say that the posts came in great shape and were very sturdy. Had they fit the cat tree, I probably would have given them 5 stars.
