I plugged in my 30 year old Gardner Bender outlet tester to make sure this adapter is wired correctly. It passed. By the way, these testers are inexpensive and a smart add to any homeowner's electrical tool kit which you can get on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Gardner-Bender-GFI-3501-Receptacle-Extension/dp/B00170KUPCAnd, the outlets on this adapter are super tight, so whatever you plug into this adapter, the plugs won't be loose, let alone fall out. In fact, good luck unplugging plugs without straining yourself.

Handy to plug into campground 30 amp outlet to get extra 120v outlets outside the motorhome. Appears to be well made.

Any Rver has accumulated a box of cords and adapters if they have done much camping. This particular adapter became a requirement when I needed to power my 5th Wheel from my new 10Kw generator. Instead of using three adapters to get from the generator to the RV, this will plug right in to the high power 4 pin twist lock and let me use my standard 50A power cord directly. Works great. The blades and the sockets appear solid brass and mate up well with the cord and the generator and the molded cord and ends are strong. Even if you don't have a 4 pin generator, you should have one of these in case of emergencies.
