These microscopes work great and are so much fun to use! Clear image and great magnification. Easy to assemble and easy to use. I am using them in a classroom setting, so the children can easily see the magnification of objects. The light is adjustable, which is nice for shiny things. Discovered that putting a black piece of construction paper on the base helps to reduce any glare and sharpen the image.

Device exceeded my expectations: very simple to use and the clarity of the microscope was fantastic. I accidentally broke a part on the holder and the seller shipped a replacement in a short time. Now works as good as new. Would definitely recommend buying from this seller and look forward to purchasing from them again.

The quality of resolution of the screen and the zoom surprised me for the price. I have not attempted to hook to a PC yet but eager to try. My only negative is that the field of view is very small. So small that a whole dime can not be seen on the screen. Definitely a fun starter scope. The design would be better if the stand could be a bit taller for a larger field of view.

Very nice product. Had to get a magnifying glass to read the instruction booklet!Picture quality is excellent. I purchased it to look at coins. It does what I expected. No issues. It is very bright.

This microscope has been fun for the whole family since we received it! Although it was self-explanatory on how to use the microscope it does come with a detailed direction book! Easy to put together & easy to use & price was great! Lightweight & small enough to be able to be portable to take it different places to use! The knobs are easy to turn to focus in better or adjust the height setting from scope to object being viewed. The lights help to bring out the details of whatever item is being viewed. The flat bottom makes a sturdy base & a big place to sit different items to view. The screen is large enough that even Grandpa can use with ease to view his older coin collection with the grandkids. The kids have put everything possible under the scope to view details of coins, flowers, bugs, rocks, fossils, and minerals just to name a few things. It will focus in to show every detail down to a scratch on a coin or the colors, pollen or even the smallest dew drops on flowers! I personally have not used the feature of being able to hook it up to a computer to view or used a Micro-SD card to save anything that has been viewed yet but love that it is an option! It doesn't matter if you are using it to be able to actually see small writing on coins or just to see the finer details of different things..I personally think this is a good beginners microscope for children or adults. This is something I would order again for my family in the future if needed or as a gift for someone! My pictures do not do this microscope any justice as to show how much detail this microscope can focus in on and show!

Getting old and losing your close vision is unpleasant. I got this for the dual purpose of looking at coins close up and working on circuit boards with surface mount technology (SMT).I took off a star because putting it together, while pretty simple, is not as simple as you might think. It is easy to put it together upside down.Not to mention getting it to show things the way you want. IF you play with it enough you figure it out.The pros out weight the cons.This is a great little gadget for doing exactly what I bought it for. Once you figure it out, the image quality is pretty darn good! Takes good stills to internal memory and micro SD card. It even has a built-in battery so you can go wireless. I never thought I would get one because I thought they were expensive. Then I looked on Amazon, and was amazed how inexpensive these are. Get one. They are worth it even if you are only threading a needle, or just reading the fine print on your phone charger.

It easily reads small numbers and distinguishes between small/large dates, saving me countless requests to decipher tiny details.The image quality is surprisingly good for such an affordable device. The built-in screen and PC connectivity options add versatility to its use.My only gripe is the autofocus feature, which can struggle with very shiny, reflective coins, sometimes degrading the image quality. Despite attempts to disable this feature, I've had no success. However, this issue doesn't significantly detract from the microscope's overall usability.For coin collectors or anyone needing affordable magnification, this microscope is a solid choice. It's a very capable tool that delivers far beyond its price point, even with the minor autofocus quirk.

Didn't expect much because of the price. It was only a kids present for Christmas which I imaged would get abandoned. But I'll admit as a 32 year old mum I'm obsessed. I'm looking at everything, the quality is fantastic. Super clear screen. I even checked my nails after washing and it can pick up things you can see and I'm disgusted ill never bite my nails again. Everything has been under this microscope and I'm genuinely shocked at what things look like up close. It's amazing. Great gift for kids (and adults) who may find these things fascinating. Image is clearer in real life, taking a photo of a screen is difficult. For £30 it's mindblowing. Must buy!
