Not a very good choice, it seems to be powerful, but I couldn't make a normal pancake mix, especially after 2 months of having it, it stopped working and I started using it later, so it worked only about 40 days out of which I used it a maximum of three times a week ...

I like the emulsifier, but I don’t like the fact that the mixer doesn’t work and nothing else in the kit works except the emulsifier. Had I known this I would’ve just got an emulsifier separately so the value for my money was not worth to buy the kit.
