This is a great save for our couch! We wanted something that the cats would still like to scratch because we tried to use plastic covers and then they started attacking our rental carpet. This product was easy to cut and apply and the cats still scratch it! I do wish this company made some that was even more of a “heavy duty†carpet because they have already made a small hole in this carpet after a few weeks; however, for the price, this is great! Our couch is already destroyed and this looks so much better to us here than the destroyed couch!The use shown in the pictures is after a few weeks of near daily cat scratching from two cats.Tip: If you want to cut the edges wavy or anything, make sure to cut before taking off the film. It’s pretty tricky to cut nicely if you make it sticky first.

It showed up with the carpet, 6 upholstery pins and 8 self-adhesive tabs, but no directions. Took me a while to figure out how to adhere it to my item. I think I have but would have been easier with a sheet of directions.

The clear plastic does not peel off rendering the whole thing useless. The sticky part pulled away before the clear plastic film did. I used similar products with no issues, this was money thrown out the window, completely useless.

My cat likes to scratch the sofa, which has been a problem for a long time. The cushion is easy to stick on the sofa and can be cut to the right size as needed. The cat is very interested in it.
