These are used for cutting strap ends for handbags and have been working very well.

These are rough. Very rough. The edge profiles aren't consistent, the handles are precariously attached to the cutting end, and the finish is scratched and dented. They cut reasonably well from the package on thin strips, but sharpening them might be a lot of work with how bad the bevels are. I wouldn't trust these with expensive leather, but for someone just starting who needs to cut arcs on a budget and isn't comfortable with a knife and a round object as a guide, this could be an option. For me, I think I'll stick to using a coin or other round object and a knife to rough out the round, and sand the rest.

These are absolute junk. Couldn't even cut through 2/4 oz leather. They have no edge, I guess you get what you pay for.

The product was made out of a cheap metal, they never cut even and took multiple strikes to achieve a corner cut.I recommend buying a higher quality set of corner cutting tools.

They work well with a wooden or rubber mallet, and a wood block or polyethylene cutting board to cut against. Just don't use them where the cutting edge will come into contact with a hard material, such as steel, concrete or stone.

These are exactly as described, I was hoping they were a bit longer as I was going to use for cleaning up the interior of some cups and Mugs I make from Wood. I think they are strong enough to do the job but they are made for cutting into leather so the steel isn't as hard as a chisel. These are forged from a single piece of steel and seem really well made would do a great job on leather. I am not at all disappointed I sometimes try to use tools in ways they are not designed for and sometimes it doesn't work out.

These came sharp and did a good job on the veg tan leather I tried them on. They are a little light weight, so might not stand up to day to day in a pro shop, but for a hobby leather worker that wants a set of quarter round punches to start out, these are a good place to start. I figure by the time I wear one out, I will be ready to step up to a very nice version of that size. But for now, this is a nice tool to have in my kit.

very poor quality, will not cut leather, all it does is mash it down
