This set is perfect for my needs. It is sturdy, the punches are sharp out of the box and clearly numbered in the carrying case, so each punch goes into its appropriate place.The punches are comfortable to hold and use as well.All in all, good value for the price.

They are easy to use, make good clean holes, and functional for many purposes. Best way to determine the hole you need for a belt is find the punch that the prong on the buckle fits into the end of the punch.Make great washers as well.

As a Lee leather worker I had bought a less expensive set of punches but I had bought a very nice pricking iron. I was using the 1.5mm pinch to get around corners and such and the whole was so much larger than the 1.5mm of the iron. I decided I would look at a different set of punches and decided on these. Everything is better about these punches. The weight, the feel, the thickness, AND the hole size matches my iron. Plus a case and a striking block. In my opinion it’s an awesome set and totally worth the price.

The punches arrived nice and sharp, ready for use in a nice canvass roll up.For one off punching leather, these punches will work great. I found punching 4-5 oz leather, I had to work the plugs out of the punch with my awl after 2 or 3 punches. The punch poop gutters don't provide for easy exit as you punch multiple holes.I'm not totally disappointed with the product as it does provide good value for the money spent, but I will need to buy a 1.8 mm punch with a better gutter.

I was about to invest some money into nice punches. I opted to buy this because I needed this asap. The punches are made of excellent quality and punched through the leather with ease. Happy customer. So great for the value

When you use a dull leather hole punch it can damage your leather. First hole made with the Owden set scored a 10!

It is a joy to use a quality product designed to function superbly. The details of these punches and how they are manufactured make them so efficient. I've used lots of other punches, and these are by far the best quality. Highly recommended for production work.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Being relatively new to leatherwork, I am very glad to have come across the Oden’s leather hole punches. They are great value for the price, and seem very durable.I have already used all three sizes included for numerous projects, and they have performed perfectly, while holding a nice sharp edge. They literally punch holes through thick 8-10 oz veg tan leather like butter.Not only am I very impressed with the product itself, but the packaging it arrives in. The tool roll keeps them organized, and protects the edges from damage and keeps them sharp.I look forward to adding more Oden’s products and tools to my leatherwork bench.

I have used my punches on four different leather projects so far and they work excellent. I use bees wax every few holes to lubricate the cutting edge and I have had no problems. For the price you can’t go wrong.
