I use this for cutting out neck holes for tunics and when I need to draw perfect circles for different projects. I am sticking the tack (included) through my wool ironing mat so I need to keep a hand on it while tracing out the circle. This is a personal preference and the product itself is amazing. It is made of very thick plastic with holes big enough to stick a pencil or pen tip though to draw out the circles at marked intervals by spinning the circle. This is a very versatile product that is going to be used for many different projects in the future.
