I was under the impression that this would make anchors easier to install. Previously I would just pound them in and then tighten. Most of the time that worked, but every once in a while I had a few that would spin instead of tightening up.This works for the one that I had spin. It's honestly easier to just attempt to tighten up without the tool, and then if that doesn't work, maybe the tool would help.After getting this I saw a hack where you can just distort the part that crushes and get it to bite in the hole. That seems easier and cheaper.

Not sure what to really expect with this, it does work but somewhat cumbersome, not sure how often I will be using this.
