Worked well to install stretch to fit AC Compressor belt on my Subaru EJ25. Edges are a little sharp you may want to sand them down a bit before use. Way better than spending $70 for the tool from subaru.

Made installing the stretch belt on my 2010 forester really easy. Watch a video on YouTube if you need help. Once in place while your cranking over the engine by hand with ratchet is to use one hand to help keep belt from twisting while cranking pulley over. Made it a life saver. It’s 12 bucks and works . Worthwhile tool

Much cheaper than buying/renting one from your local auto parts store. The only reason why I am giving it 4/5 stars is because there are zero directions or anything to show you how to use it. Thankfully, I was able to find a YouTube video and was able to put the belt one. One word of advice is that make sure everything is lined up quite well before you start cranking over to get the belt to slip on, otherwise you risk overlapping the belt onto the pulley wrong or worse, snapping it due to way too much tension. Other than that, worked great and still worth it even if you use it just once.

Definitely a good purchase. Made the job way easier, took a few minutes to figure out how to use it. Built well enough for the few times you would need it.

Ended up working and getting the belt on, was difficult and the black piece broke on the final move to get the belt over so I can't use it again but not a bad price for a one off fix.

I wish I didn't need a special tool to install a serpentine belt, but here we are. I decided to chance the non name brand version and it worked out perfectly. It popped off once and I almost lost the metal part that holds the belt in place, but luckily saw where it flew to in the garage.It truly made installation much easier than trying to figure out how to get it on without the tool

Love this little tool helps a lot when installing new AC tension belt. Just dont fasten down the metal bracket too tight other wise the belt might seat inward misaligned

Tool works exactly as intended if you get the clip set properly. Wedge is plastic but for a vehicle owner gets the job done.
