I've never done drywall and decided to renovate half my garage to turn into a home office. The footprint is only 10x10, but I'm so glad I went ahead and purchased this. Sanding by hand would have been a TON of work even for this amount of space, and I do plan on putting up more interior walls down the line. I also plan on sanding my back porch, but haven't yet... not positive this will do the trick but we'll see. The unit folds in half which is super handy for storage and comes with a bag. The lighting is great, especially for detecting imperfections in the drywall, and the vacuum is essential because this stuff gets everywhere. The kit also comes with additional electric motor parts, which is really thoughtful! Just have to figure out a way to not lose the pieces, lol.

This product works. But it weighs 8 lbs, which is very heavy to hold over your head to do ceilings. With that I wish I hadn't bought it.

This made the de-popcorning ceiling too easy. Vacuum attachment works great.
