I supplied the microcontroller with a transformer set to 10 vac. The welding primary coil transformer's current of 5A, therefore everything is operating flawlessly overall.

The item comes with ZERO instructions and everything is labeled in Chinese. After searching the internet I was able to properly hook wire up the board.Unfortunately, the board powers up but whatever controls the switching of the high voltage side is stuck open. When powered up, 110v is supplied to the transformer, even without a switch connected. With no power to the board, this is the same. The circuit for high voltage control is closed at all time, rendering the entire board useless..

MOSFET burned up on first use as well as one of the traces because it couldn't handle the 120v running through it.

This worked good for about 4 welds, then the switch got stuck on and it destroyed my battery and ruined my welding electrodes. Started a small fire and I'm lucky i didn't get injured. I wouldn't trust this item. It is dangerous if it malfunctions.
