This box came packaged well and undamaged. Mounted it on an office door at a commercial site. Very sturdy construction. The combination dials don't seem too flimsy like some other combination locks, so I have some faith that they'll last a while. The box also includes a paper template for marking and drilling holes in the mounting surface. Very helpful.

This mailbox is sturdy and nice but the slot is not very big. Wider small packed will not fit in the mail slot. Also, if there is too much mail in the box then it makes it easier for someone with small hands to fish some of the mail out so not the best if you go away for a few days. This is not waterproof so keep that in mind! Install was easy and overall not too bad for the price.Update: July (less than three months later purchased in May) this mailbox is not good at all. It has only been a couple of short months and it is RUSTING. And it is hot during these summer months so I have no idea how the heck it is rusting on the outside as well as inside. I can’t believe I am going to have to replace this in less than 3 months. Do NOT buy if you are planning to have it outdoors.

The finish is nice and it seems sturdy enough for my purposes. It works for my needs.The instructions had errors, typical for Chinese products, but it's simple enough to figure out. The dropbox handle assembly was not well thought out by the designers because the door doesn't open far enough to get sufficient access to the screw heads, but at least they include a bit you can use to get the handle screwed in. The instructions also made reference to rubber grommets for weatherproofing that were not included.The product has a terrible smell. I really should have let this thing air out before installing (indoors). At least part of that smell is from the weatherstripping around the dropbox door and it took hours and multiple handwashings to get the weatherstripping smell off of my hands.The combination lock feels very cheap and I'm skeptical it will endure, but at least there's a backup key that will hopefully work for me. As noted by another reviewer, the Open/Closed label on the lock indicates Closed when opening with a key (only updates correct status when using combination lock).There don't appear to be a lot of options out there for boxes with combination and key locks, so I plan to keep it.

I regret buying this shredder as within two weeks of using it after purchase, the paper I shredded tended to accumulate within the blades and roll up into a ball on several blades of the shredder. Reversing the shredder was not useful, and access to the cutting blades is very difficult and removal of the balled up shredded paper is almost impossible. I would avoid recommending this shredder, look for another brand.
