I like it, works pretty good,the only thing I don't like it's wobbly, on the back end. You really have to stay on the front of it.

This curl bench is really sturdy, well-made and easy to assemble. The pad where you rest your arms when doing curls is about 6" too narrow and I constantly feel like my elbows are going to slip off when I'm using it. I will probably fabricate a new larger pad for it and replace the one it came with. if it had a larger pad I would have given it 5 stars. The unit is well priced and looks aesthetically pleasing.

I'm using it 3× a week, outside, Florida weather, 6 plus months and it looks new. I'm using a Z-bar + 70lbs. One arm curls and hammers. Turn around use pad to support back, then behind head tricep press.Great price and product

Terrible product. Immediately returned. Too small for a grown man to use. 0/5 for sturdiness. Paint chipped easily. The metal was very flimsy. It would bend during assembly as I righted the bolts. Would not have supported a curl bar and weight if I had attempted.
