Got it to give my husband or family massage for their sore neck and back. Works perfectly. I do add a little fan at the head area so it’s much easier to keep air flow moving. Everyone that’s used it has loved it. Some even nap after the massage.

I was surprised by the way it came out of the box, but after a few days it expanded and became what the picture showed. I could almost sleep with it.

This thing is sturdy yet comfy. The angle and the holes are fabulous for all kinds of bedroom purposes. Highly recommend for all kinds of massages!

Sorry to leave just one star but I have to say that his pillow creates a lot of pressure on your lower back. I wish it had been just a little bit lower. Perhaps putting a pillow under your hips could work? I just didn't have the time to figure it out so I ended up returning.

I got this pillow to use as a wedge pillow to help lift me up at night because I suffer from acid reflux. I just put another pillow over the face hole in it. I found that it works great. I tried it lying face down on it as it was intended for. I thought it was a decently comfortable pillow. One of my complaints about this product is it seems to being losing its thickness already. Not a lot but definitely in time it might be a bit too flat. My other complaint is what the top main piece is filled with is kind of lumpy. It seems to be just small pieces of foam or some other type of materials. But it's not unbearable. I just think it might have been a bit more comfortable if it had been made from a solid piece of foam. I also noticed it wasn't as thick as the pictures show it to be. It comes very tightly wrapped. Almost vacuum packaged. Because of other items I've bought in the past I know that when things come vacuum packaged you have to let them lie flat for several hours before use otherwise it will affect the products thickness and shape. Even though this came with no instructions, because of these past items I knew to allow it time to reshape itself. I took all the pieces (there are 3 pieces in total) apart and allow them all to lie flat to expand for several hours before use. Even then it still wasn't as fluffy as the pictures show. Which of course made it not as high up as it's pictured. Because of these issues that's why I knocked off 2 stars. Otherwise, I feel it's a decent pillow. Just know it's not as nice as it's pictured.

We LOVE this pillow.I got this specifically for my husband's neck and back treatments.I do cupping and massage to help ease his pains of life. With a regular western pillow, he had to keep his head turned or he was smothered trying to lay face on.I saw this and snatched it up.It comes compact, almost like a shink-edink. When ready to use, open it 24 hrs first.The foam will need time to expand properly. And let's it air out.No weird smells, easy to "assemble "Super soft. And easy to adjust for more breathing room.Great quality and very well made. There is attention to detail.Game changer. After just one use, there was a fantastic adjustment to my husband's pain and discomfort.He could lay on his stomach for the cupping and scrapping. It also let's him completely relax.So much so he fell asleep for 40 mins in that position.Great for naps too.And the dogs have discovered it. Busted the Boxer laying with his head on it snoring.Great support. Would recommend if you have any neck discomfort or need it for home treatments.

Like others I ordered for massage and while it's great for prone massages it will put you to sleep. I can't use this face down without being on the edge of the bed though or i feel like I'm not getting enough fresh air but at the edge of the bed it's dreamy. Would be a life saver for surgery requiring positional sleeping. I am a 165lb DD-F and this thing is plenty comfy with no problem accommodating my chest. Mine didn't need days to air out and expand, just a few hours. Even straight out the bag didn't smell as offensive as I'm used to with memory foam. The two wedge portions are foam sheets while the top portion is shredded foam. The thin bottom layer doesn't seem to do much though, and I prefer it with the small center cushion in, but it's nice that you have options. I ordered the ivory to coordinate with my bedding a bit better and it came as described. On a side note my daughter came down with an upper respiratory infection and the back wedge portion with a pillow on top got her sleeping though the night without coughing which alone is enough to leave a 5 star review. Can't think of one thing I'd do to improve this pillow. Great product.
