this pillow is perfect for relieving butt pain. It is firm, but soft, and it if get's too soft I turned it around and it was fine. Also, I altered the position to sit on it when a different chair (i.e. my recumbent bike) is used, and it worked like a charm. Highly recommend this butt cushion.

We've had success using this with other rotating positions for a client with high hamstring tendinopathy where sitting for long periods of time can cause the client pain. Rotating between standing, sitting, sititing with this cushion (or driving) the client has been able to reduce the amount of pain they feel while doing office work. Firm enough to be helpful but not too hard. Not bad!

I ordered this pillow after my doctor recommended me. I was in lot of pain after my delivery. Unable to sit and feed my baby. This pillow made me comfortable to sit and feed my newborn. It helped me with my stitches pain. Excellent product, quality is superb. I washed the cover as well and it’s very good. The shape of the pillow gives you maximum comfort. Highly recommended.
