I'm a skywarn spotter and chaser and was looking for a newer wind meeter to measure wind speeds of severe storms and couldn't beat the price. After a little confusion on how to connect the battery that came with it it's now up and running. Looking forward to this spring to use it

Just arrived , won’t hold charge long , buttons hard to press , direction booklet if you call it that has all faded pics thst you cannot read , app won’t allow password to register . The buttons are not raised up keys they are flat plastic type . Zoom in when you look at it . No way keeping this . Who needs an app for it anyway .

seems to work well enough. The buttons are a bit annoying because they are capacitive touch, so they can be a little touchy to trigger.The app requires you to create an account and accept some blank privacy polices and service agreements. I tried to create an account but it wouldn't accept the password for some reason. There's zero reason this app would require an account and makes me thing it's up to a lot more than just showing wind speed data.charges over USB, which is fine I guess, but gives no indication of charge level.Next time I'd get the cheaper model with physical buttons since the app is sketchy.
