Powdered pool chemicals such as Cyanuric acid and calcium hardness increaser just sit on the pool floor if braodcast and are swept up by the Polaric cleaner into a hard ball in it's net. With this I can dissolve a bit at a time to pour into the pool without that issue. Works beautifully with a variable speed drill, perfect size , very sturdy and easy to clean.

If you're going to do any painting, do yourself a favor. If you don't own a drill, go buy the cheapest one at the hardware store. You can probably find one for $30 if you look around. Then buy one of these things for five bucks. Those will probably be the most valuable painting tools you can buy.When I was a kid, we used to have to mix paint by hand with one of those flat sticks. It didn't seem to matter how long we stirred. The paint never mixed completely. Then, hardware stores started carrying those paint can shakers, but I didn't want to go to the hardware store every time I needed to mix paint.It has been a while since I had a painting project. I had one come up this winter, and I conceived of the idea of attaching something to my drill to mix the paint. I decided to see if maybe someone else had thought of the idea, and sure enough.I must warn that you need to look closely at the date that says when it's going to ship. It took about a month to get mine. That's not going to knock any stars off of the review because it's not supposed to. It's just a good idea to check on this item. I ended up buying another one at my neighborhood Ace, so I actually have two of these now.Mixing the paint with my drill on a low setting took maybe a couple of minutes. It was probably faster than that, but I went a lot longer than I thought I needed to simply because I've had bad experiences mixing paint. It did a great job. The paint went on great, and it looks great.It was also very easy to clean afterwards. I used an matte acrylic paint. After I used it, it sat for about an hour. That was long enough for the paint to dry but not cure, and it peeled right off.I hate painting, period. But this thing sure does make it easier to start a job. If you have a drill, it's a no brainer. If you don't have a drill, add $35 to your project budget and save yourself a ton of time.

I used this exclusively for epoxy grout and was very impressed. Run it in a 1/2" drill at medium speed and it mixes the grout without adding unnecessary air. Pretty neat gadget.

I need this for a five gallon bucket of paint. There was no way I could have mixed the paint with a paint stick and got it all blended. This little unit was so handy and made mixing a breeze. I love how quickly it worked and it's super easy to clean up. You can use it in gallon cans and five gallon buckets. Very handy! I would highly recommend this product. I’ve used this to mix resin of 1 quart to 3 gallons. The paddle is fantastic. It mixes everything efficiently and quickly, and you can go right up against the edges without damaging the paddle or the bucket. You can clean it right off with isopropyl after you’re done so it’s reusable. Recommended.

Used on a one and a five gallon bucket. Works great. The plastic fins won't gouge or cut your bucket like metal ones can. Easy to clean.

Love this. Had an idea to use it as a propeller on my small inflatable dingy and it works like a charm, was motoring around the lake, trolling fish, and had everyone laughing at the sillyness. It's probably good for mixing paint but I wouldn't know, either way, excellent outboard motor. 🤙
