Bought this hub to use in my recording studio with my M4-MacMini. It is powered so I can plug in my devices that need power and don't have to use a power supply for those devices. Compatibility is good and the build quality appears to be good as well. It has four USB-C and four USB-A ports in addition to the regular SD and micro SD slots that are a great compliment to the M4-MacMini since there are no SD slots on it.

I have a ton of external USB C drives, all NVME drives, power hungry too. This was the only hub that could power them. It works great, and really easy to set up. It's nice and compact. Keeps things connected well.

The product is fine and does everything it says it does, but I cannot for the life of me understand why they chose to have cables coming out of both ends of this thing. It makes it very difficult to find a place on the desk that makes sense. Its own power cord gets in the way when you try to place it on a desk. Pretty confusing design choice.

Quality product. Works great. I tried a different hub beforehand and wish I tried this one first.I can tell a noticeable difference in the 10 Gbps connection with Mac OS Time Machine and my other external drive. (FYI, for external drives, if you’re not plugging them directly into the computer, you’ll want a hub with its own power, and this hub has that.)I just wish the USB adapter was removable, or at least that I could slide it to the opposite end of the cord. I don’t need it because my laptop doesn’t have any USB A ports. I will probably cut the attachment so I can remove it.

The charging rate of this charger, any of the ports is terrible. The photo with 3+ hours is the best that this charger can do. The other rate is a generic power strip with a standard USB A port. That is inexcusable.

When I purchased this I failed to pay attention to the power source of this hub. I don't want one with its own power adapter. For people for whom that's not important, this is an excellent unit. The ports are all easily accessible and the USB cable to connect to a computer has an attached adapter so it can be used with USB-C or USB-A ports on a computer.So it didn't fit my needs (I want to use a 100-watt power supply that I normally use for my laptop to provide the power for the hub and then use the PD port on the hub to power the computer) but for many people this will be the ideal USB-C hub to expand the USB ports for their computers.The Anker brand-name has always represented quality to me and this is no exception!

Ok, the usb cable is short, I knew that going in, but it's still a downside.However, the major issue I have is that there isn't an off button. That means 2 things. 1, the light is always on, and I hate it. 2, if you unplug and replug the barrel jack, it sparks. Like, I was in disbelief for a second, but it sparks. So, if you're going to plug it in or unplug it, remove the usb side first.Tldr: short cable, safety concerns, otherwise as described and functional.

Für mein Arbeitslaptop habe ich nach einem USB-C Hub gesucht und bin auf diesen der Marke Anker gestoßen. Da ich in der Vergangenheit schon diverse Anker Produkte gekauft habe, war dieser Kauf ein "No Brainer" für mich. Der Hub tut, was er soll und funktioniert gut und zuverlässig.
