For the price I wasn't expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised when I received them. I do a lot of phone and tablet repairs for friends and family and I decided I wanted to be safe and start using an anti static strap. I didn't know much about them other than the fact that they ground you to avoid a static discharge. I had assumed that I would get a few uses out of each one of these and then they would fall apart. So far I'm still using the first one and have done several repairs with it on. It appears to be really good quality and it's not overly cumbersome to wear. The alligator clip holds firm and doesn't fall off and the band is fully adjustable (even for big wrists). They came packaged in a heavy duty resealable bag that I've been keeping them in for storage and it works well. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and if/when the time comes that I have to order more I will buy this same kind. My video card took a dump, and I decided on a fairly high-end replacement. I didn’t want to risk damaging the card with static electricity, so I did a little research on ESD wrist straps. In the end, this set of three won out.I tried to test these with my basic clamp-type multi-meter, which probably isn’t the most accurate for measuring resistance. There was zero continuity, or measured resistance, from any of them. Now this could be that my meter doesn’t register resistance that high, so I’m just going to assume that’s the case, and that they are working just fine. I mean, all 3 can’t be bad… can they?Moving on…These are a knitted elastic fabric. I have fairly large hands (XL or XXL gloves) but skinny wrists. I had no problem slipping it over my hands, and once I did, it fit snugly on my wrists.I should mention that although there is obviously elastic in the fabric, it doesn’t pull the hair on your arm like an actual elastic would. It’s just really stretchy fabric.Laid flat, they were exactly 3.5 inches wide. Stretched out, they were about 6 inches wide.The end of the fabric strap is folded over and sewn, so there’s no way it could come out of the clip. I left the adjustment clamp open, and using it like that was tight enough to make good wrist contact.I found only one of the straps (the blue one) had a fairly tight snap connection. The other two black ones seemed very loose, and I wondered how something that loose could guarantee a good connection. I don’t see any way to make it tighter, short of hammering on the top of the male part to flatten it out, so I decided to just use the blue one. One star off for that.I stretched out the coiled cord, and it measured @65 inches. That was plenty for me, and I had no trouble working with it on my wrist and clamped to my box, while I reached for tools and such. If you're within 3 feet, you're good to go, and if you have to go farther, the cord snaps off and on pretty easily. I just slipped the whole wristband off and on.The three straps came in a very heavy-duty Ziploc bag for storage. The bag has a large grommet-ed hole for hanging it up. There was also an eco-fused branded lens cleaning cloth in there, for some reason.I always leave my computer case plugged into a power strip, plugged into a grounded outlet, and turn off the PSU when I work on my computer. I generally ground myself with my finger to the grounded case before touching any components, and again periodically. Even though I was wearing one of these straps now, I found myself continually doing the same thing. Hey, you can’t be too careful!Overall, these are comfortable and (assuming they are working), a good buy.

Die antistatischen Amrbänder tun genau das was sie sollen und funktionieren einwandfrei und lassen sich stufenlos verstellen und an das eigene Handegelenk anpassen. Auch nach längerem tragen werden die Armbänder nicht unangenehm auf der Haut. Allerdings dürfte das Kabel für manche Anwendungen etwas länger sein, aber das kann man ja auch mit etwas Geschick noch selbst verlängern.Für den Preis von der Qualität und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis perfekt.

With the anti static strap in place the voltage between me and the case of the machine is zero. Remove the strap's connection and a voltage is clearly present. So it seems to work and is a cheap and effective way to protect your electronics from getting damaged - happy days. And you get three of them.

producto de buena calidad, me hubiera gustado que el extremo se pudiera conectar directamente a la tierra del enchufe, pero con un cable lo resolvÃ.Actualización: acabo de probar los 3 con un multÃmetro y ninguno de ellos tienen continuidad en los dos extremos del cable, lamentablemente ya pasó el tiempo para devolverlos, son completamente inútiles.Actualicación 2: me retracto, esperaba que la resistencia fuera de 0 ohmios, pero ya encontré que no debe ser asÃ, ya que es para proteger al usuario, por lo tanto reitero que sà es un producto de buena calidad.

They may be cheap, but the quality is not something that is skimped on. They are perfectly long enough, and you can wear them a bit higher up so they are unobtrusive to the work you are doing. They feel premium, and give you a sense of assurance that they will last. If they don't, we'll you get three. All in all it is an excellent product at an even more excellent price for the safety of the components you are working with. Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the stiffness of the coiled wire. It does require a bit of force to pull far. EcoFused can make them "softer", so it can easily pulled further away.
