This does what it advertises. I use this for discharging static electricity on dust collection system on my CNC router.

I received everything pictured. I measured about 4 ohms from the ground plug through the wire to one of the alligator clips, and 1 megaohm to the metal plate on the wristband. The plastic tabs that plug into the AC outlet break off easily (which I did by accident), but the plug didn't need them anyway.

The grounding plug was not included. I will be requesting a complete set. You can’t be properly grounded without the plug. If I could have given zero stars I would have

Did exactly what I needed it to do. Outlet plug was held secure with sockets for both the wrist strap and the second cord to ground my workpiece. Cheaper than many alternatives.

Works very well just the cables for the grounding prongs are so short I have to use an extension cable while using it. But other than that works great and is super comfortable. Just be careful because you can pull out the wires straight from the grounding prong forcing you to have to put them back in every time you do that. Thanks!

My electric guitar was acting like an antenna when I wasn't touch the strings, so adding this to the loop reduced that significantly. I just soldered one end of the banana plugs into the ground pin of a 1/4 TS plug, and plugged it into a DI box (without floating ground), and the analog of my audio system is grounded.
