I only had one 4" x 2" hole to drill through a slab of stepping stone to fit around a yard drain. I quickly discovered that the man-made slab had aggregate added to it and needed this hole saw to solve my issue. I a water a water hose to eliminate dusk, and this replacement hole cutter worked perfect. One hole wasn't a lot of drilling for sure, but the diamond dust edge doesn't look like it has much wear. Only took a small amount of effort to get the job done. Very happy that I didn't purchase something that was 3-4 times as expensive.

Ok, I bought this to cut holes in ceramic tiles (bathroom) to install grab bars. Not that it is intended for sheet rock but is does a good job there too. The problem with this tool is the center, pilot drill bit. The first ceramic tile attempt didn't go well as a large chunk of the diamond flaked or chipped off the drill tip. I ordered some carbide drill bits and used them to drill the pilot hole and then the hole saw worked as it should. I took care to use water to not get the tool to hot. So, the grab bars are up. I cut four holes in the tile and the hole saw looks like it will still do a few more. So it was worth the money for a one of type job, but if you intend on cutting lots of holes, you might want to spend a bit more money on a higher quality tool.

Drilled a 1.125 hole in my porcelain over cast iron sink for a soap dispenser. Wasn't quick but I didn't expect it to be. Held up great for another use.

Was really surprised that this worked really well. Fastest I have ever cut this big of hole in concrete and really cheap as these cutters normally go for.

Bought this to drill holes into soffit metal so lighting can be installed around the building exterior. This basically grinds the metal down. Holes came out great, they look very clean.

I had an issue with the guide bit on my hole saw. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They promptly addressed my issue and immediately offered to send a replacement drill bit. Not only did they send me five replacement bits, but they also stayed in constant contact to ensure I received them and was satisfied with the solution. Outstanding customer support—I highly recommend both the product and the company.

It worked really well but the pilot drill but fell out without me noticing. I needed to extend it but it has a unique size and shaped neck and no stores carry extensions that can connect to this item.

Over all for 55.00 dollars it was a waste for a one time use , I am 3 hrs away from any hardware store so it saved me that way , but I also waited two weeks and in the mean time I was in the city and could has bought a Milwaukee set for 35.00 dollars live and learn , I hope this helps some one , it is the garbage now after two hole cuts ,
