Ordered to use as a standoff for my red-dot finder but unfortunately did NOT fit the finder side which has some kind of narrow slot arrangement. I was hoping to use this to relocate my Celestron Starfinder (using a different dovetail base) but even thought this bracket fits the dovetail, the Starfinder side did not work.Otherwise though, seems very well made!

This is an adapter that will allow you to mount standard firearm reflex sights and scopes to a telescope with a vixen style finder base. Firearm sights make excellent telescope finders that are rock solid and hold their calibration. They are after all built to handle the recoil of firearms.
