Bought this because I needed a way to connect a cheap ready made webcam to an extension tube made by Astromania. The quality of the metal feels solid and threads onto the M42 threads securely and smooth. The workmanship of the threads and internals are very good and will inspire confidence that this part will not fail in use. Not much else to say that if you need to slip a 1.25 device into it, the tolerances are perfect.

Great adapter. Allows me to play with 1-1/4†eyepieces on T-mount lenses. As well I was able to use this with a T-mount spacer to replace the plastic 1-1/4†eyepiece holder on my Explorer Scientific FirstLight 130.

I use this with a SCT male adapter to transform my Meade 50x8 Finder scope into a guider. Very solid build, good quality.

Build quality is good. I threaded it onto a 2" extender tube, so that I can insert a 1.25" guide camera into my 2" focuser and bring it into focus.
