I bought this for my oldest son whose autistic and gets overwhelmed and likes to run and last few months before school was out this helped him out tremendously his teacher and his paras thanked me for buying this for him cuz it was a constant struggle everyday with him getting too overwhelmed and running and ever since i bought this for him he doesnt do that anymore hes more calm i had to take some of the weights out but it helps out alot on the bus and transitioning from class to class or bus to class. And it didnt cost as much as one of the vests that they sell specifically for adults with autism. The problem was with those they only come with the vest wich was 80+ bucks then you have to buy the weights wich was another 40-80 bucks depending on the need, this one came with the weights and you can add or remove them as needed. Much more convenient and much more affordable!!!

I like the ability to adjust the weight. This way I can work up to heavier weight without hurting myself severely. So far I think the quality is good.

Easy to put on, comfortable to wear. Adjusts from 0 to 22 pounds, very easy to add or remove weights to get the right weight for you. Two outer pockets are great for storing keys so I can have my hands free when I’m walking. One downside is that it is recommended to only be wiped down with a wet cloth to clean it. When I wear this in the summer it gets sweaty and I would prefer to machine wash it.

This is a well made vest. I am 5'8" 155 and wanted to wear this weighted vest while walking. I had no idea 8 lbs would be so heavy on my neck with this vest on. I felt it immediately. I have no neck pain right now but have had neck injury in the past which has resolved - so I know I can't do 8 lbs starting off. I am slender in my upper body and shoulders. I swim a mile doing laps and not unfit but this was too heavy for me. I suppose I need an adjustable one and start with 4 lbs. My husband doesn't want it either. Maybe if I wasn't feeling the weight localized on my neck I'd like it better. Each person's body is different and overall the product seems good.

I got the 16 pund vest and have only worn this twice so far: once to the gym for a workout with my personal trainer. Oh boy, did I sweat! The vest is very comfortable for my female frame, and I can tighten it up so it does not "dangle" and pull when planking, doing push-ups, or pull-ups using a TRX suspension trainer. The two straps are perfectly placed for comfort and fit. There is no swinging or shifting of the vest while wearing it.Those who complain about it cutting into their shoulders should be more specific: Of course it adds weight to the shoulders, and you feel it. But, it doesn't "cut" into my shoulders at all. My previous and lighter vest was the same way until I got used to wearing the vest. The padding in the shoulder area is perfect, preventing cutting into the shoulders. Also, of course it is going to be bulky - there is 16 pounds of weights/padding in this vest. No way that it won't be bulky. But, it is still streamlined compared to some other vests, especially those with solid weight bars.I wore it while pushing my 180 pound muscular trainer and 90 pound of plates on a sled. What a work out!I can't wait to wear this while hiking with my dog, which is when I usually wear a weighted vest - for an extra workout that helps me burn calories, strengthen my core, and improve my posture.

I tried other weighted vests before purchasing this one. I am absolutely so happy with the ease and fit of this one!! Perfect!!

Perfect for what I need it for which is making my walks a bit harder. I use it on my 3 mile walks and also for working out in the gym. And I sure do get more of a sweat faster than without one.Also I’ve noticed now if I workout without one I’m able to go harder, walk faster etc. so it really helps with stamina and endurance. I got used to 8lbs quickly , but I’m 5 ft 3 and 165 lbs so maybe that’s why. I was thinking of going up to ten lbs to really challenge myself. But I’m not sure and on the fence.The fit is perfect and is adjustable. Honestly I like the way I feel, weighed down. Without it I feel empty.Also the little pouch in the front is awesome!

Uncomfortable for people with breasts; good shoulder support; ease of weight adjustment; tactical vest appearanceThis came in a dark blue despite being advertised as lavender. The weight is distributed around the abdomen and chest, so all that weight on breast tissue feels like a lowkey mammogram (iykyk).

Habe eine Weste gesucht, mit der ich laufen kann und auch Workouts. Angenehm zu tragen, war am anfang aber ungewohnt. Die Tasche vorne angebracht, für Handy oder sonstiges. Kann ich empfehlen.

I have been using it now for almost 4 months , and I really liked it , the fact that it makes your crunches or blank or any other exercise double the level is good on its own.
