Works even better than the one that came with my pocket hole kit. Only downside is I stripped the bolt on the restrictor band pretty early on. It’s hard because you need it tight so it doesn’t slip.Might be my own fault, but I wish the bolt was more sturdy.

You can tell when you open the package that this is not a cheap knock-off bit – it has a nice heft, is razor sharp and beautifully milled. Works perfectly with my Kreg-style pocket hole jig, and I'm sure it would work with a Kreg just as well.

I bought these because my existing pocket hole drill bit broke when I dropped it (my bad). They are perfect replacement for my pocket hole jig. Will look here in the future if the need arises (and it probably will because these are the third ones I have purchased. The price is excellent.

The bit works well but the set screw in the collar is soft and strips easily.
