I recently had a hysterectomy and had to have a catheter placed in an uncomfortable spot, my a** to drain fluid from my abdomen. I haven't been able to sit down for longer than 5 minutes at a time. I found this pillow and decided to give it a shot. I'm still not able to sit for long periods of time, but I can get through a TV show without squirming now. It's been a life saver for trips to the doctor as well. I'm still uncomfortable, but I know without this, I'd be in a lot more pain. Worth it.I can't really speak to the cooling effect. I'm having all the hot flashes now and nothing seems to be helping, but it's a great pillow for my needs.

Estás almohadillas son súper cómodas, encargué dos, una para mi esposo y otra para mi, hicimos un viaje encargué carro de 24hrs y la verdad esos hizo el cambio total en la comodidad. Lo recomiendo a todos los que viajan por horas largas

This pillow is great it is comfortable when you get used to sitting on one, it’s a little strange when you first use it, but you get used to it and then you don’t wanna do without it. That was my experience anyway I would recommend this to anyone sitting for long periods of time or even short periods of time for that matter.

This pillow takes a minute to get used to because of the way it spreads your legs and back out but it gives you immense lower back support!
