This really comes with all the things you need to get started with sourdough baking! I love the glass jar, the bowls are super easy to use and clean and are very sturdy but easily collapse when you want them to. The scorer has multiple blades, just be careful because it is more sharp than it looks!

I bought this for my wife because she's been on a homemade sourdough kick, making everything from bread to muffins to protein snacks. Since she got it, she's been pleased in that it suits her needs and is really easy to clean... Which gave me the bright idea of taking it camping with us. It's been a great little mini sink when we have limited water and want to wash dishes or our hands out in the woods!Overall we're both very pleased, so much in fact it's going to be our go-to stocking stuffer this Christmas season.

I bought this product for my mom who bakes on a weekly basis. Her previous rattan proofing baskets were beginning to break after repeated use. She loves how easy the silicone ones are to clean, even being able to throw them in the dishwasher. They seem like they will last a long time as well!
