A. Introduction for Barefoot WALK 3.0 Earthing Shoe Strap Earthing strap transforms your favorite shoe into grounding shoes & earthing shoes. You can use your own shoes to stay grounded. The most comfortable shoes are the ones you usually wear. The BAREFOOT WALK 3.0 provides a grounding method that combines style, function and comfort. B. Fitting Guide for Barefoot WALK 3.0 Earthing Shoe Strap 1. Check sidewall height - Before removing the release paper from the strap, consider the shape of the shoe and select the appropriate bonding location. - It is desirable to install it on the arch part of the shoe, but it does not have to be limited to this. - Adjust the angle according to the height of the side wall 2. Attach the tab to the insole/outsole - Wipe the adhesive surface clean before bonding (the included alcohol swab will help). - Remove and fix the release paper on one side of the tab, then attach the rest while gradually removing the release paper. - Avoiding bumps on the outsole helps improve durability. 3. Notice - If possible, wear shoes after at least 12 hours have elapsed after bonding to obtain sufficient bonding strength. - This strap is a consumable item and will naturally wear out with use. - Please exchange for a new product at the appropriate time. - Since it has conductivity for grounding, it cannot be used where there is a risk of electric shock. - The adhesive may damage the adhesive surface of the shoe. - Adhesion may decrease in cold weather.

Not worth buying, adhesive only lasted about 3 days with normal wear and tear. This is the second set we received, and it did the same as the first. I wish we could get another set but better. Buyer beware.
