If you've never used a tufting gun it can be quite daunting in the beginning. You really have to just use it to know how it works and feels. This one is simple and easy to use. Very cheaply made, clunky and heavy, but does the job just fine. I think the price asked for this is a bit high but since I've never really priced tufting guns and they are a rare thing to find, I guess they can ask this for it. It's just that it's so heavy and clunky that I think it should be like 20$ cheaper than is being asked for it. It comes with a lot though and instructions so that helps offset the cost a bit.

Terrible tufting gun. The first time i bought didn’t have a hole to put yarn through. Ordered a replacement and the second gun i received doesn’t either. Scissors barley cut

The gun itself seems great. The instructions on switching between the tufting methods are confusing and difficult to understand at their best, not really clear on that.Comes with absolutely 0 information on how to use the gun, no information on maintaining the gun.I'm new to tufting, and I'm having to scrounge information elsewhere such as how to apply oil to this thing, switch between loop and pile and cut pile.The gun does work, though I haven't figured out how to tuft yet so this thing gets a middling rating for lack of how to maintain the device itself.

This is an excellent tufting gun for beginners. I also had an issue with mine and it was taken care of immediately! Great customer service. Highly recommend!

This is so fun to use! So far, I've just done small projects to get used to it and because we still need to build a big loom. It takes a little while to figure out how to use and looking up youtube videos helped. I can't wait to get enough supplies to make a bigger rug.

Nachdem ich einen mehrtägigen Kurs belegt habe und demnach einige Erfahrung hatte, habe ich mir diese Tufting Gun gekauft, um aktiv zu werden. Die eingelegte Klinge schnitt das mitgelieferte Garn nicht. Auch ein erneutes ölen half nicht. Also habe ich die mitgelieferte Ersatzklinge eingesetzt. Diese tat zuerst, wofür sie gedacht ist, allerdings nur mit einem von zwei Fäden, dafür schnitt sie so intensiv in das Tuch, dass direkt große Löcher entstanden. Auch die versuche mit dünneren Garn und eine Nachjustierung vom Profi, führten zu keinem Erfolg. Also nichts für Anfänger und nichts für Profis.
