The TMC2209 V1.3 is an ultra-quiet two-phase stepper motor driver chip with a continuous drive current of 2A and a peak current of 2.8A.
Compared to the TMC2208, the drive current is improved by 0.6A--0.8A, while the Blockage increases the stall detection function.
Provides up to 256 segments;
stallguard4TM stall detection, which can feed back an abnormal signal when the motor rotates abnormally
Coolstep current dynamic adjustment, saving 75% of energy
Power supply voltage (VM): 4.75V---28V DC;

Precautions
1. Always disconnect the power supply before installing the drive to prevent the drive from burning.
2. Be sure to confirm the direction of the drive before installing the drive to prevent the drive from being burnt due to reverse connection.
3. Do not plug or unplug the drive module with power to avoid damage.
4. When installing the heat sink, pay attention to the contact between the heat sink and the pin header.Stop drive short circuit.

Ordered these as a replacement for identical drivers I had on a control board that took a voltage spike. They all worked right out of the box. Well made and fairly priced.

I paired these with a SKR 1.4 Turbo and a new screen that I got as a kit and now my printer is smooth and silent. I wish I had done this sooner!!

Was expecting 4x TMC2209s and received 3x TMC2209s and a TMC2208. One of the 2209s had some terrible soldiering work on the PDN post production. Looks like a bad return put back in supply chain as new.
